Information security standards ISO 27001, ISO 31000 risk management standards, CISA (certified information systems auditor) foundation level, CISM/CISSP/CCIE/CCNA/COBIT/SOX/SSAE16. Bangalore Audit Program Manager 7-9 yrs Plan and implement org-wide internal audits in any of the areas of delivery, information security, business continuity and service management. Independently manage internal audit programs, guide audit teams and report potential risks in the respective unit/ account/ project or initiative. Should possess  sound  implementation knowledge of various  Quality management standards   ( ISO 9001,  ISO27001 , TL 9000/AS9100 ,  ISO 14001/18001, ISO20000 )  &  quality models  such as  CMMI Bangalore, Pune Lead - Quality Assurance Quality Assurance Manager 3-10 yrs Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like CMMI, Six Sigma, PCMM,Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management, Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc. Mangalore, Mysore, Bangalore, Chennai-SEZ, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Pune Quality Program Manager 8-10 yrs   Creation and incorporating technology & business solutions, driving programs at organization level in engineering. Design and drive implementation of models / solutions for business requirements, establish approaches and publish process capability baseline for services. Corporate Excellence, Software Engineering, Process Management, Statistical Analysis techniques, Program Management. Bangalore   PM/Tech Arch– REUSE & TOOLS Group 8-11 yrs   Good in any one of the following Technologies: JAVA/J2EE/.NET, Open Systems, SAP/Oracle/Seibel & other package. Be a technology and Tools expert on chosen areas in the Engineering Life cycle. Provide leadership to the team in identifying reusable assets,  creating them to global standards set out, promote  reuse practice and engage effectively with the target user groups.
