Vendor Management : Tracks progress and reviews vendor deliverables IN ORDER TO ensure timely delivery and specified

Project Sign Off process : Validates final deliverables with the customer IN ORDER TO ensure sign off

Implementation / Deployment : Reviews the production / implementation IN ORDER TO ensure compliance with proposed

design

Production : Reviews and validates the output IN ORDER TO ensure compliance with proposed design

Detailed Designing : Review Graphic Designer input, create detailed design of the approved concept IN ORDER TO provide

design for production

High Level Designing : Generate ideas and visualize concepts with Graphic Designer IN ORDER TO create design options

Project Budgeting : Understand the dependencies involved in production IN ORDER TO provide ballpark cost estimates

Solution Definition : Analyze customer requirements, timeline and budgets for small and mid-scale assignments IN ORDER

TO create the design brief and the list of deliverables

Requirement Detailing : Prepare effort estimates, project plans, states dependencies and risks, and defines deliverables IN

ORDER TO define the scope of the project

Project Initiation : Set up meetings with customers IN ORDER TO understand the design requirements and design scope
