Unit QUALITY is Hiring Quality (Quality, Productivity, Tools and Reuse) function in Infosys is chartered with the mandate to create Process Innovation, Process Engineering, Statistical models, best in class tools and solutions to help the business achieve excellence. This team of Innovative professionals gets to work on some of the most challenging assignments related to Service and Framework Design, Process Design, Deployment, Metrics & Analytics, Technology, Tools and Automation solutions, Reuse, Six Sigma & Lean, Audits, Governance and Risk mitigation, Large Transformation Program Management, Project Management, Process Capability improvement, Estimation, Models and Frameworks like CMMI, ISO, MBNQA, ITIL etc. The team works closely with Infosys clients, Business, Delivery stakeholders, Enabling functions within the organization and also with its external partners and several networks in the Industry - all with an objective of ensuring both short, medium and long term success for the business.
