Role Experience Area of Experience Job Location Quality Program Manager 7–10 yrs Corporate Excellence, Software Engineering, Process Management, Statistical Analysis techniques, Program Management, Quality Models, Six Sigma, Business processes and customer management processes, Data Privacy, Information Security and Data Protection. Bangalore Quality Assurance Manager 7–10 yrs Quality process planning and implementation in project clusters, metrics and analytics, change management in areas of software and infrastructure management services. Bangalore, Pune Principal - Quality Programs 10-15 yrs Creation and incorporating technology & business solutions, driving programs at organization level in engineering. Audits, Assessment, Business Risk processes and Data Protection. Design and drive implementation of models / solutions for business requirements, establish approaches and publish process capability baseline for services. Bangalore Lead - Quality Assurance 3-6 yrs Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like CMMI, Six Sigma, PCMM, ITIL, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management. Bangalore, Pune Senior Consultant  - Enterprise Quality Solutions (EQS) 5–8 yrs Software Engineering: Agile, ALM [TFS, RTC] & related Tools, Process Models – CMMI/ITIL/COBIT, GRC.
