How to go about referring profiles:

Go to Sparsh > Webapps > ConnectInfy+ > Current Openings > Country > India > Unit > ALL - Units

Then press Start and following openings will reflect

 

Points to be noted while referring profiles:

 

·         DOB, personal email id of the candidate and latest resume has to be updated

·         Do not select any other field while searching for openings

·         In case of any concerns with regard to uploading profiles, please raise a ServCentrale request
